Seed Counter model NC-1000 This  machine can count seed size of 0.2 mm to 20  mm in a batch (target quantity) or free count  (total number of seeds) this counter also covers  counting seeds from small quantity to 1,000  weighing quantity and to large quantity . So  corresponds in all field from laboratory to  production site.


Features and options 

  1. Perfect counting with double special surface sensor(patent no. 10-1916930)
  2. Counting seeds (forest, vegetable, grains, flowers) in various seed size. 
  3. Multi-step speed and vibration control system. Pause and Count reset. 
  4.  Simple input and adjustment to control by full color touch screen.
  5.  Simple setting of speed reduction until approaching to the target quantity by seed size condition. 
  6. The only one in the world can capable to counting seeds with size 0.2 mm to 20 mm. with this seed  counter. Conversion to batch(target quantity) or free count(weight quantity per bag) 
  7. Input and load 8 memories about count condition(target quantity, speed, number of vibration)  
  8. Adjust speed and number of vibration with 10 steps according to the surface shape and gravity or  roughness of seeds. No error counting according to the seed size with 6 steps control. 
  9. Rapid transportation to sensor parts by booster button. Rapid emptying function. • No maintenance and stable with airtight structure of sensor preventing from contamination. 
  10. Search the count history by one touch.  
  11. Options for Automatic feeder 
  • With 9 -steps speed control according to seed during watching seed transfer from the hopper. 
  • External device interlocking function such as packing machine and turn table.
