Visa

For participants who will require visa, the following are the minimum requirements for temporary visitor but we suggest you to connect directly with the nearest Philippine Foreign Service Posts in your place for additional requirements and protocols:

Passport/Travel Document Valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines;
Duly Accomplished Visa application forms;
Passport Photos (2 pieces);
Proof of bona fide status as tourist or businessman;
Confirmed tickets for return or onward journey to the next port of destination; and
Payment of Visa Fees

IRRI can issue the Note Verbale if required by the Philippine Foreign Service Posts. In this case you will need to provide your passport copy, letter of invitation, and the address of the Philippine Embassy or Philippine Consulate General where you will apply and collect the visa.
