All participants of the International Rice Congress 2023 are required to register officially. It is important to read all the information on the website before you commence the registration process.
NOTE: The IRC 2023 organizers do not employ any other third party agency to process payments on its behalf. IRC 2023 registrations and payments are processed strictly within this official platform and is facilitated by the IRC 2023 Secretariat. Registration Categories Footnote:
* Students are required to present their student identification card onsite during badge collection.
**Single-day and two-day pass registrants can only attend on the date(s) that they specified upon registration. However, they are free and encouraged to join all the events for those dates including exhibits.
***Trade show registrants can only attend the trade show on the date they specified upon registration; the scientific conferences will not be accessible to them. Should they decide to attend multiple dates, additional tickets can be purchased onsite.
**** Bulk purchase rate requires a minimum of 15 tickets per purchase, and can only be applied to Regular and Student rates. To book the tickets and receive additional information please contact: IRC2023@dlg-thai.com
NOTE: You may be asked to present relevant identification materials such as IDs or passport at the onsite registration.

How to Register
- All participants are encouraged to register online.
- Please carefully follow the intructions for payment.
Delegates will be entitled to the following:
- Admission to scientific session from 16-19 October 2023, based on the registration category availed
- Lunches and refreshments in-between sessions from 16-19 October 2023, basedon on the registration category availed
- Congress badges, identification cards, event materials and goodie bags
Cancellations and Refunds
This event is strictly no-cancellation and no-refund. If a delegate is unable to attend any or all of the events for any reason, they may arrange to substitute their attendance for another colleague from the same institution or organization.
For security purposes, all requests for substitutions must be sent via email at least 10 days prior to the event. Include the name, job title, and contact information of both registered individuals and his/her replacement attendee.
